Abstract:

Coking device back to the refined oil and has large economic benefit and environmental value, but dirty oil qualitatively different smooth will affect the safety of equipment operation, even can also affect the quality of the product. Based on coking unit back to exist the problems in the process of refined oil, a series of solving measures are put forward. By adjusting the operation, to ensure the recycle process of product quality; Through reforming recycle process, implements the system of high water cut oil refining; By increasing the dirty oil reboiler and optimize the operation, can make a continuous recycle oil. The ultimate goal is to improve the economic benefit, protect the environment, promote the safe and smooth operation of the workshop.
