Abstract:

SBA-15 was modified by bimetal using the innel-pore hydrolysis method and characterized by means of XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption, the results showed that WO3-TiO2/SBA-15 retained the hexagonal mesoporous structure. The Photocatalytic oxidation desulfurization performance of WO3-TiO2/SBA-15 catalyst was investigated using dibenzothiophene and dodecane solution as the simulation diesel and the mass fraction of 30% H2O2 as oxidant under UV light irradiation. The process conditions of the reaction were determined by static experiments, and the optimum reaction condictions were as follows: the catalyst dosage was 4 g/L, O/S molar ratio was 8, reaction temperature was 50 ℃, reaction time was 2 h. Under the condition, the desulfurization rate of simulation diesel was up to 87.9%. After the catalyst was reused for five times, the desulfurization rate could still reach 64.9%, indicating that WO3-TiO2/SBA-15 had good performances of photocatalytic oxidation desulfurization and recyclable.
