MEASURES FOR THE UTILIZATION OF LOW TEMPERATURE HEAT FROM REFINING UNITS AND ANALYSIS OF POTENTIAL ENERGY SAVING

Abstract: The present status of three low-temperature heat recovery systems in SINOPEC Shijiazhuang Company, FCC unit plus No.2 gas separation unit, delayed coking unit and No.1 complex unit plus crude tank farm, was introduced and some optimization measures based on the “temperature counterpart and gradient utilization” principle were proposed. Besides, the status of unrecovered low-temperature heat sources and heat sinks in units, the measures for potential energy saving were analyzed.
