Abstract:

Oligomer antioxidants were synthesized using N-alkyl phenyl-1-naphthylamine and alkylated diphenylamine as raw materials at conditions of 130-180 ℃,5-10 h and characterized by IR, HPLC-MS techniques. After oxidation and anti-corrosion at 204 ℃, the total acid number of polyol ester lubricant containing the synthesized oligomer antioxidant changes 0.945 mgKOH/g, the 40 ℃ viscosity change rate is 10.025%, and the sludge is 2.537 mg/100 mL. Compared with conventional antioxidant, the synthetic antioxidant significantly improves the high temperature oxidation and corrosion resistances of polyol ester lubricant, which can meet the requirements of AS-5780A and MIL-PRF-23699F.
