Abstract: White oil hydrogenation catalyst RLF-20 has great aromatic saturation performance. SINOPEC Jingmen Company used heavy VGO of intermediate-base crude pretreated by furfural refining, hydrotreating, and ketone-benzol dewaxing to produce white oil with RLF-20 catalyst in a 100 kt/a white oil hydrogenation unit. The results showed that under the conditions of a H2 partial pressure of 15.1 MPa, a temperature of 236 ℃, and a LHSV of 0.5 h^-1, the obtained white oil with a kinematic viscosity (100 ℃) of 11.06 mm²/s could meet the requirement of food grade white oil by GB/T 1886.215—2016 standard, and the product yield was high.
