Abstract: The rubber plasticizer A1004 derived from vacuum distillates was prepared through hydrogenation deacidification-furfural refining-clay refining combined process, and the performance in insoluble sulfur was evaluated. The results showed that the combined process could be used to prepare rubber plasticizer A1004 that met the requirements of GB/T 33322—2016, and the product yield could reach up to 65.7% with the aromatic carbon fraction (CA) of 10.7%. The rubber plasticizer A1004 had a good performance in insoluble sulfur.
