STUDY ON PROCESS SIMULATION AND OPTIMIZATION OF HYDROCRACKING TAIL GAS DESULFURIZATION AND SOLVENT REGENERATION UNIT

Abstract: Taking the hydrocracking tail gas desulfurization and solvent regeneration unit of a petrochemical company as the research object, based on the design data, the process simulation was carried out by using Aspen Plus process simulation software, and the process model was established, including absorption system and separation system. The simulation results are compared with the design data, and the error is within a reasonable range, which shows that the established model can better reflect the actual production situation of the unit and can be used in the subsequent analysis and optimization work. The influence of temperature, pressure, methyldiethanolamine concentration, steam load and other factors on the product distribution and quality of the unit are analyzed by using the established model. On this basis, the parameters were optimized to achieve the objectives of increasing efficiency, saving energy and reducing consumption. It has the guiding significance for the operation of the actual unit.
