Abstract: The removal of aniline from refinery wastewater was studied using macroporous resin D151. Results showed that under the conditions of an adsorption temperature of 25℃,a pH range of 8-10 and an adsorption time of 35 min the adsorption rate of aniline in simulated wastewater could reach 86.6%; using 4% HCl as desorption agent and a desorption time of 90 min, the desorption rate could reach 85.7%. When using macroporous resin D151 to treat refinery wastewater, the removal rates of aniline for untreated sewage discharge and treated wastewater were over 99% and almost 100%, respectively.
