OPTIMAL MEASURES FOR LONG-TERM SMOOTH OPERATION OF S Zorb UNIT

Abstract

Abstract: S Zorb technology is an important technology for SINOPEC to cope with the upgrading of gasoline quality. The long-term smooth operation is very important for the stable production of gasoline. By investigating the factors affecting the long-period smooth operation of two sets of S Zorb units with each processing capacity of 1.5 Mt/a, the measures of feedstock management, adsorbent management and process parameter optimization were summarized. The S Zorb operation cycle synchronized with FCC unit.
