Abstract: A fixed-bed reactor was used for the study of the catalyst in the countercurrent continuous reforming unit under the condition of eliminating the influence of external diffusion, and the effects of reaction temperature, oxygen partial pressure, and carbon content on the coke combustion rate of countercurrent naphtha catalytic reforming catalyst were systematically investigated. The apparent kinetic equation of coke combustion in power series form was established. The results showed that the burning rate increased with the increase of reaction temperature, oxygen partial pressure, and carbon content. The reaction order for oxygen in the kinetic equation is 0.78, the reaction order for carbon is 0.68, and the apparent reaction activation energy is 9.98×104 J/mol. According to the equation, the coke burning rate of catalyst under different conditions could be calculated accurately, and the design parameters and operating conditions of regenerator could be optimized.
