Abstract: The commercial application of PS-Ⅵ CCR catalyst developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing (RIPP) was carried out on the 600 kt/a CCR unit in the No.3 Refinery of Fushun Petrochemical Company. The results show that, PS-Ⅵ reforming catalyst exhibits excellent abrasion performance, high hydrothermal stability and good chlorine-retaining capability; compared with the catalyst used previously, the performance of PS-VI catalyst seems better: aromatics yield increased 4.9 percentage points and the RON of stabilized gasoline increased 3.4 units.
