顶空气相色谱法测定辽河稠油减压渣油脱油沥青中戊烷含量

DETERMINATION OF RESIDUAL PENTANE IN DE-OILED ASPHALT OF LIAOHE HEAVY CRUDE VACUUM RESIDUUM BY STATIC HEADSPACE GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY

摘要: 采用静态顶空气相色谱法测定辽河稠油减压渣油高软化点脱油沥青中戊烷的含量,确定了色谱的测定条件,研究了气液相比、平衡时间、平衡温度等因素对定量分析的影响。在戊烷质量分数为0~12.94%范围内,戊烷色谱峰面积和质量分数的线性关系良好,加样回收率为98.19%~104.66%,戊烷的检测限为0.11%。采用该方法测得辽河稠油减压渣油高软化点沥青中戊烷质量分数小于0.5%。

Abstract: A method for the determination of residual pentane content in de-oiled asphalt of Liaohe heavy crude vacuum residuum (VR) was studied by using static headspace gas chromatography. The effects of gas-liquid phase ratio, equilibrium time and equilibrium temperature on headspace analysis were investigated. Test results showed that for this determination method the linear testing range was pentane content within 0~12.94% (R= 0.9997), the detectable limit of pentane was 0.11% and the recovery rates of adding standard material were 98.19%~104.66%. The pentane content of asphalt particles with high softening point from Liaohe heavy crude VR was less than 0.5% determined by said method.
