减压蜡油加氢脱硫宏观反应动力学模型的研究

摘要: 以减压蜡油为原料,考察反应温度、氢分压、体积空速、氢油比、原料油性质对加氢精制油硫含量的影响,建立减压蜡油加氢脱硫反应宏观动力学模型,对动力学参数的影响因素进行关联和试验验证。验证结果表明,模型计算得到的精制油硫含量与试验得到的精制油硫含量具有较好的吻合性。

Abstract: Using vacuum gas oil (VGO) as feedstock, the effect of reaction temperature, hydrogen partial pressure, LHSV, hydrogen to oil ratio and feedstock properties on the sulfur content of hydro-fined oil was investigated. A macro kinetic model of VGO hydrodesulfurization was established, the kinetics parameters were correlated and the model was validated by a case study. Results showed that the proposed sulfur content of treated oil by this model was in good agreement with the actual experimental data.
