HY分子筛吸附脱除油品中碱性氮化物的研究

STUDY ON THE ADSORPTION OF BASIC NITROGEN COMPOUNDS FROM OIL WITH HY MOLECULAR SIEVE

摘要: 以自制的HY分子筛为吸附剂,对含喹啉的十二烷模拟油品进行吸附分离试验,研究了影响吸附量的主要因素以及吸附工艺条件,应用Yoon-Nelson和Boltzmann 方程来拟合吸附穿透曲线。实验结果表明,HY分子筛的最佳焙烧温度为773 K、最佳吸附温度为373 K、最适宜的剂油质量比为0.03、达到饱和吸附量所需要的时间为30 min,在此条件下HY分子筛脱氮率为50.4 %;Boltzmann 方程能够很好的拟合穿透曲线,实验数据与模拟值吻合良好。

Abstract: The adsorption of basic nitrogen compounds from oil was studied using self-made HY molecular sieve as adsorbent and dodecane containing quinoline as model oil. Test results showed that under the optimal adsorption temperature of 373 K and adsorbent/oil mass ratio of 0.03, using HY molecular sieve calcined at 773 K, the time to reach saturated adsorption was 30 min and a desulfurization rate of 50.4% was obtained. Yoon-Nelson equation and Boltzmann model equation of Origin8.0 were used to fit the adsorption breakthrough curve respectively, and the results showed that the simulated values by Boltzmann model equation agreed well with the experimental data.
