摘要:
对国内客运动车组牵引变压器绝缘用油的情况进行简述,对两种典型硅绝缘油和酯类绝缘油产品的常规性能、绝缘性能、传热物性能、产气性能、氧化安定性能等进行对比分析。结果表明:与硅绝缘油相比,酯类绝缘油的燃点较低、酸值较大、介质损耗因数较大、带电倾向很大、体积电阻率较低,随着温度的升高绝缘性能下降很快;硅绝缘油和酯类绝缘油的传热性能相近;硅绝缘油的抗雷电击穿能力强,热稳定性能优异,氧化安定性能优良,气体产出量远远小于酯类绝缘油。

Abstract:
The comparative analyses of silicone oil and ester insulating oil in general performance, insulation performance, heat transfer properties, tray gassing performance and oxidation stability was conducted. The results show that compared with silicone oil, ester insulating oil has lower ignition point, larger acid value, higher the dielectric loss factor, larger ECT and lower volume resistivity. As the temperature increases, insulation performance of ester insulating oil drops rapidly, while the silicone oils and ester oils have similar heat transfer performance. The silicone insulating oil has strong anti-lightning breakdown capability, excellent thermal and oxidation stabilities. Tray gassing production of silicone insulating oil is much less than the ester oil.
