MoP/TiO2-ZrO2加氢脱硫催化剂的研制

PREPARATION OF MoP/TiO2-ZrO2 HYDRODESULFURIZATION CATALYST

摘要: 采用改进的溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2-ZrO2复合载体,并用共浸渍法制备负载型MoP/ TiO2-ZrO2催化剂,通过原位还原技术对催化剂进行还原处理后,在连续固定床反应器上进行活性评价。结果表明,TiO2-ZrO2复合载体比TiO2-Al2O3复合载体的活性提高11.0个百分点;TiO2和ZrO2的摩尔比以及Mo负载量对催化剂的活性有很大的影响,当n(Ti)/n(Zr)为2,Mo负载量为20%时,MoP/ TiO2-ZrO2催化剂的加氢脱硫效果最好,脱硫率可达99 .34%。

Abstract: A TiO2-ZrO2 complex support was prepared by modified sol-gel method, and active components was co-impregnated on the support to form MoP/TiO2-ZrO2 catalyst. The catalyst was in-situ reduced, and its desulfurization activity was evaluated in a fixed bed reactor. The test results showed that as compared with catalyst using TiO2-Al2O3 support the desulfurization rate of the catalyst using TiO2-ZrO2 support was 11.0 percentage points higher. The catalyst activity was affected by the Ti/Zr mole ratio and the Mo loading amount significantly. It was shown that MoP/TiO2-ZrO2catalyst having a Ti/Zr mole ratio of 2 and a Mo loading amount of 20% exhibited the best HDS activity, its sulfur removal rate reached 99.34%.
