摘要: 本文对应用微型旋流器脱除催化裂化油浆残留固体的进行了初步研究,试验证明,应用公称直径10毫米的微型固液旋流分离器脱除催化裂化油浆中残留催化剂固体颗粒,在技术上是可行的。分离效果甚至超过现有其它分离方法的技术水平,满足绝大多数下游利用过程对催化裂化油浆固体含量的规格要求。对此深入进行工业试验,考察和解决可能出现的实际问题,加以推广应用将是十分有意义的。

Abstract: The removal of residual catalyst particles in FCC slurry by a mini hydro-cyclone (with a diameter of 10 mm) was studied using water as liquid phase medium and the experiments were carried out at room temperature. The test results showed that under a solid content in feed of less than 2% and an average particle diameter of 16 μm, the revised total separation efficiency reached 96.6%~97.5%; d50’ was 3.1μm, d50 was less than 2μm, the solid content in top flow was 0.018% with an average particle diameter of 5.6 μm; if a second stage hydro-cyclone was applied, the solid content in top flow could be further reduced to 67 μg/g. Since the actual residual catalyst particles in FCC slurry were somewhat bigger than that of the testing powder, it should be technically feasible to remove them by mini hydro-cyclone with a diameter of 10 mm.
