摘要: 随着石油资源日益枯竭、CO2减排压力日益增加和航空业需求日益增强,发展生物喷气燃料技术是实现我国航空领域绿色可持续发展的必然要求。在生物喷气燃料生产技术中,植物油加氢转化制喷气燃料路线技术相对较成熟,工艺路线短,成本低,受到了广泛的关注。介绍了喷气燃料的有关规格要求以及植物油的组成和特性,详细论述了这一路线的主要反应过程,归纳了植物油加氢转化制喷气燃料工艺的最新进展,对该路线制备生物喷气燃料的可能的研究方向作出展望。

Abstract: With the depletion of oil resources, the increasing pressure of CO2 emission reduction and the increasing demand of aviation industry, the development of bio-jet fuel technology is an inevitable requirement to realize the green and sustainable development of aviation industry in China. In the production of bio-jet fuel, the technology of hydroconversion of vegetable oils to jet fuel is relatively mature, short and low-cost processes, which has been widely concerned. In this paper, the specifications of jet fuels and the compositions and characteristics of vegetable oils are introduced. The main reactions of this process are discussed in detail. The latest progresses of vegetable oil hydroconversion to jet fuel are summarized. The possible research directions of this process to produce bio-jet fuel are prospected.
