连续重整高密度催化剂PS-Ⅷ的工业应用试验

COMMERCIAL APPLICATION OF HIGH-DENSITY CATALYST PS-Ⅷ FOR CONTINUOUS REFORMING

摘要: 针对企业连续重整装置扩能改造的需求,高密度催化剂为现有装置扩能改造提供了新的技术方案。中国石化九江分公司结合连续重整装置改造开展了国产连续重整高密度催化剂PS-Ⅷ的工业应用试验。结果表明:在重整进料量为163.3 t/h、加权平均入口温度(WAIT)为519 ℃、氢油摩尔比为2.24和质量空速为1.46 h-1的操作条件下,C5+产品收率(w)为88.4%,C5+产品研究法辛烷值(RON)为101.8,芳烃产率(w)为69.7%,纯氢产率(w)为3.85%,催化剂损耗量较低,积炭速率与常规催化剂相当;在达到相同C5+产品辛烷值的情况下,使用PS-Ⅷ时较使用PS-Ⅵ时的反应温度低4 ℃,C5+产品收率(w)高0.5百分点,芳烃产率(w)高0.4百分点,纯氢产量高7.8 m3/t,液化气产率(w)低0.3百分点。在原料油轻组分含量较高、芳构化指数低于设计值的情况下,PS-Ⅷ催化剂表现出良好的反应活性和选择性。PS-Ⅷ高密度催化剂工业应用试验的成功,对实现国产连续重整催化剂的系列化具有重要意义。

Abstract: In view of the demand for capacity expansion of continuous reforming units in some refineries, high-density catalyst provides a new technological solution for capacity expansion of existing units.The industrial test of domestic continuous reforming high-density catalyst PS-Ⅷ was carried out in SINOPEC Jiujiang Company.The industrial test results showed that under the operations of a fresh feed rate of 163.3 t/h, a WAIT of 519 ℃,a molar ratio of hydrogen to oil of 2.24 and a WHSV of 1.46 h-1, the yield of C5+ products was 88.4%, the RON of C5+ products was 101.8, the yield of aromatics was 69.7%, and the yield of hydrogen was 3.85%. The consumption of catalyst was low, and coke deposition rate was equivalent to normal density catalyst. Under the operations of the same RON, the reaction temperature of PS -Ⅷ was 4 ℃ lower than that of PS -Ⅵ. Meanwhile, compared with PS -Ⅵ, the hydrogen yield, C5+ product yield and aromatics yield of PS-Ⅷ were increased by 7.8 m3/t, 0.5 percentage point and 0.4 percentage point respectively, and the yield of LPG was reduced by 0.3 percentage point. PS-Ⅷ catalyst showed excellent reaction activity and stability when the content of light components in fresh feed rate was high and (naphthene+aromatics) content was lower than the designed value. The successful commercial application of high-density catalyst PS-Ⅷ is of great significance to the serialization of domestic continuous reforming catalyst.
