摘要: 中国石化洛阳分公司2.6 Mt/a 单系列固定床渣油加氢装置是目前国内最大的单系列渣油加氢装置,在首次开工及运行过程中,出现了过滤器压差经常超高、循环氢量周期性波动、热高压分离器气体夹带重烃等问题,给装置平稳运行带来很大难度。通过对原料渣油、工艺流程、设备运行等方面的分析,相继解决或缓解了以上问题,为实现装置的长周期运行打下了良好基础。根据标定结果来看,原料性质和产品质量比较稳定,渣油的脱硫率为75.16%,脱氮率为34.48%,降残炭率为46.02%,金属(镍+钒)脱除率为77%左右,为下游装置提供了优质原料。

Abstract: The 2.6 Mt/a single-series fixed-bed residue hydrogenation unit in SINOPEC Luoyang Company is the largest single-series residue hydrogenation unit in China. During the first start-up and operation, the some problems such as high filter differential pressure, periodic pulsation of circulating hydrogen content, and sulfur-containing wastewater were appeared, which brought great difficulty to the stable operation of the plant. Through the analysis of raw material residue, process flow, equipment operation and other aspects, the above problems have been solved or alleviated successively, and the long-term operation of the device has been realized. According to the calibration results, the raw material properties and product quality were relatively stable, the desulfurization rate was 75.16%, the denitrification rate was 34.48%, the carbon residue removal rate was 46.02%, and the metal (Ni+V) removal rate was about 77%, which provided the high quality raw material for the downstream device.
