摘要: 对所开发的一种好氧-厌氧复合内循环生物反应器的流体力学特性进行研究,考察表观气速、表观液速、固含率对床层压降、气含率及循环量的影响。结果表明,表观气速越大,床层压降越小,气含率越大,循环量越大;表观液速对床层压降、气含率和循环量的影响不大;固含率越大,床层压降越大,气含率越低,循环量越低。

Abstract: The hydrodynamics of a self-developed aerobic-anaerobic inner circulation bioreactor was studied, including the effect of superficial gas velocity, superficial liquid velocity and solid content on the pressure drop of the bed, gas holdup and liquid circulating volume. Results showed that with the increase of superficial gas velocity, the pressure drop of the bed decreased, gas holdup and liquid circulating volume increased. With the increase of solid content, the pressure drop of the bed increased, gas holdup and liquid circulating volume decreased. However, the influence of superficial liquid velocity was only a little.
