摘要: 为了进一步拓宽液体空间润滑剂的工作温度范围,降低其高真空条件下的挥发性,提高润滑性能、延长使用寿命,设计合成了一种硅烃化合物,并以其为润滑油基础油研制了全配方硅烃基空间润滑油。结果表明:合成的硅烃化合物作为空间润滑油基础油具有优异的黏温性能和极低的挥发性,解决了空间润滑油的宽温域使用问题;通过硅烃润滑油的配方研究,解决了油品在空间高真空环境条件下润滑抗磨性能和低挥发性间的矛盾;研制的硅烃基空间润滑油RIPP 4758具有突出的黏温性能、低温性能、低挥发性和润滑性能,而且应用结果表明RIPP 4758能够适用更宽的工作温度范围,高真空度耐受性好且润滑抗磨性好。

Abstract: In order to widen the working temperature range of space liquid lubricants, reduce its volatility under high vacuum conditions, improve its lubrication performance and prolong its the space lubrication life, a new kind of space lubricating oil based on silahydrocarbon was designed and synthesized. The various compositions were studied, and a space lubricating oil named RIPP?4758 was developed. All the performance tests were compared with perfluoropolyethers (PFPEs) and multiply-alkylated cyclopentane (MAC), which were widely used in space machinery. The results showed that RIPP 4758 space lubricant had outstanding viscosity-temperature performance, low temperature performance, low volatility and lubrication performance. The application results showed that RIPP 4758 could be applied to a wider working temperature range, high vacuum resistance, and good lubrication and wear resistance.
