甲醇制烯烃工业装置水洗水系统问题分析及解决方案

摘要: 甲醇制烯烃(MTO)技术对我国煤化工行业具有重要的意义。MTO装置在实际运行过程中水系统堵塞问题普遍存在,水洗水系统作为MTO装置水系统的重要组成部分,因产品气中夹带的微细催化剂颗粒、油蜡状物等污垢物质在水洗塔塔盘、冷却换热设备(冷换设备)管线内附着沉积,容易造成水洗塔压降升高、水洗水冷换设备换热效率下降等问题。以某MTO装置为例,介绍了MTO装置内水洗水系统的工艺流程,并对微细催化剂颗粒和油蜡状物质的来源和成因进行了分析,提出了几种解决方案,以便更好地保障甲醇制烯烃工业装置水洗水系统的安全、平稳和长周期运行。

Abstract: Methanol to olefin (MTO) technology is of great significance to China's coal chemical industry.In the actual operation of MTO plant, the blockage of water system is a common problem, and the water washing system is an important part of the water system of MTO unit. Because of the fine catalyst particles, wax in the product gas, and other dirt material in the water scrubber tray and the cold exchange equipment pipeline deposition, it is easy to cause problems such as the increase of pressure drop of the water scrubber and the decrease of heat exchange efficiency of the water washing water cooling equipment. Taking a MTO unit as an example, the process flow of the washing water system in the MTO unit was introduced, and the sources and origin of the fine catalyst particles, oil and wax substances were analyzed. Finally, several solutions were proposed to better ensure the safe, stable and long-term operation of the washing water system in the methanol to olefins industrial unit.
