摘要: 针对国内小型炼油厂流程特点,将生产低硫重质船用燃料油作为转型方向,结合典型炼油厂生产流程,开展了低硫船用燃料油调合配方的试验研究,并从总流程角度出发,进行了生产方案研究,为企业低硫船用燃料油生产定制适合的全厂加工总流程。通过对比分析各方案的装置加工量、投入产出以及经济效益评价,比选适合该炼油厂低硫船用燃料油生产的最佳技术路线,为该炼油厂生产低硫船用燃料油提供技术支撑,同时为其他生产低硫船用燃料油的炼油厂设计具有经济竞争力的加工方案提供参考依据。

Abstract: According to the process characteristics of domestic small-scale refineries, considering the production of low-sulfur heavy marine fuel oil as the direction of transformation, combined with the production process of typical refineries, the experimental study on the blending formula of low-sulfur marine fuel oil was carried out, from the point of view of overall process, the production scheme was studied, and the suitable overall process was customized for the production of low-sulfur marine fuel oil. By comparing and analyzing the processing capacity, input-output and economic benefit evaluation of each scheme, the best technical route suitable for the production of low sulfur marine fuel oil in this refinery was selected, it provided technical support for the refinery to produce low sulfur marine fuel oil, and provided a reference for other refineries to design economically competitive processing schemes.
