摘要: 废塑料分选技术是实现废塑料高效循环利用的重要环节,也是实现废塑料原料的均质化,保证后续工艺稳定运转和产品稳定性的关键步骤。介绍了分选技术的研究进展,重点综述了密度分选、光学分选、电分选、溶剂分选技术的研究成果。提出了未来研究方向,包括开发集成化、智能化分选系统,加大溶剂分选研究,开发梯级分选技术,对废塑料分选技术的研究、开发,提高废塑料资源化利用具有积极意义。

Abstract: The sorting technology of waste plastics is the important process to achieve the efficient recycling of waste plastics, and is also a key step to realize homogeneous waste plastics as raw materials and ensure the stable operation of the subsequent processes and the stable quality of the products. The research progress on the sorting technology of waste plastics was introduced, with emphasis on the application progress and development trend of sorting technology according to density, spectrum electrostatics, and solubility.The future developing tread is proposed,including integrated intelligent sorting system,improving the sorting technology by sovlent,and developing gradient sorting technology. It is of great significance to research and develop the sorting technology of waste plastics and improve the utilization of waste plastics.
