微通道反应器微观混合研究

摘要: 微通道反应器具有良好的传质传热性能、较高的安全性和可移动性,被广泛应用于快速、强放热、强腐蚀等危险反应过程。为研究微通道反应器对流体混合性能的强化效果,针对Ehrfeld Miprowa微反应器及内构件对其微观混合的影响进行了研究。利用Villermaux/Dushman平行竞争反应体系,使用离集指数(XS)来定量表征微反应器的微观混合性能,考察了流体入口流速、H+浓度以及内构件等因素对微观混合质量的影响。试验结果表明流体流速越高,微观混合性能越好,内构件能够有效地增强微反应器内的微观混合性能。

Abstract: Microchannel reactors are widely used in rapid, strongly exothermic, strongly corrosive and other hazardous reaction processes due to their good mass and heat transfer performances, high safety and mobility. To study the reasons for the enhancement effect of microchannel reactors on the micromixing performance, the influence of Ehrfeld Miprowa microreactor and its internals on micromixing was investigated. The segregation index XS in the Ehrfeld Miprowa microchannel reactor was experimentally determined by using the Villermaux/Dushman parallel competitive reaction system. The influences of the fluid inlet flow rate, concentration of H+ and the internal components on XS were analyzed. The experimental results showed that the higher the flow rate was, the better the micromixing performance was. Also the internal components could effectively enhance the micromixing performance of the microchannel reactor.
