油溶性过氧化环己酮在FCC柴油氧化脱硫中的应用研究

摘要: 制备了油溶性过氧化环己酮,将其作为柴油脱硫氧化剂应用于FCC柴油的氧化-萃取脱硫中,实验考察了反应温度、反应时间、剂油比等反应条件对脱硫率的影响,结果表明,在反应温度为100 ℃、氧化剂与柴油的体积比为2:50、反应时间3.0 h、萃取剂与柴油的体积比为5:10的条件下,可脱除FCC柴油中93.0 %的硫化物,柴油回收率达99 %;该柴油经二次萃取后,硫含量降至33.9μg/g,可满足欧IV排放标准的要求。

Abstract: The oil-soluble cyclohexanone peroxide (CYHPO) was prepared and used as oxidant in the oxidation-extraction desulfurization of FCC diesel fue1. The effects of reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, reaction time and the ratio of oxidant to oil on the sulfur removal rate were investigated. Results showed that under the conditions of a reaction temperature of 100 ℃, a reaction time of 3 h, an oxidant to oil volume ratio of 0.04 and an extractant to oil volume ratio of 0.5, the sulfur removal rate and the yield of diesel recovery were 93% and 99%, respectively. By a second extraction, the sulfur content of the treated diesel fuel could be reduced to 33.9μg/g, meeting the requirement of diesel fuel for satisfying Europe IV exhaust standard.
