影响高速电脱盐平稳运行因素分析及应对措施

摘要: 电脱盐运行的好坏是影响常减压蒸馏装置安全平稳、长周期运行的重要因素。对于原油变化频繁的装置,电脱盐的操作尤为重要。针对中国石油化工股份有限公司燕山分公司炼油厂高速电脱盐装置在运行过程中遇到的问题,对影响高速电脱盐的原油换热温度、混合强度和注水量等工艺参数进行调整及优化,取得了一定的效果。脱后含盐合格率提高至90%以上,保证了装置的安全、平稳、长周期运行。

Abstract: Crude oil desalting has great impact on the operation of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit especially when the types of crude oil processed are changing frequently. In this paper the problems happened in the high velocity electrical desalting unit of the Refinery of SINOPEC Yanshan Company were analyzed, and factors affected crude oil desalting, such as crude oil heat exchange temperature, the amount of water injection and mixing strength were properly adjusted. After the optimization the qualified rate of crude oil desalting reached more than 90%, which ensured the downstream unit had a stable long-turn operation.
