沥青质胶团可扩散的贯穿性孔道氧化铝载体的研究

摘要: 采用二次纳米自组装方法合成出一种氧化铝载体。该载体具有贯穿性孔道,孔径集中分布在32~95 nm,有利于渣油沥青质胶团的扩散。该氧化铝载体比表面积为195 m2/g,孔体积为0.852 mL/g,平均孔径为41.9 nm,可几孔径为62.5nm,孔径分布在32~95 nm的孔的孔体积占总孔体积的52.33%,孔喉比为2.7。

Abstract: An alumina carrier was synthesized by the method of secondary self-assembly technique. This prepared alumina carrier holds penetrating pore structure with pore size distribution concentrated at 32~95 nm, which is favourable for asphaltene micelles to diffuse. The characterization results show that said alumina carrier possesses a pore volume of 0.852 mL/g, a specific surface area of 195 m2/g, an average pore size of 41.9 nm, a most probable pore diameter of 62.5 nm, a pore-throat ratio of 2.7 and the pore volume of pores in the range of 32~95 nm occupied 52.33% of the total pore volume.
