一种苯三唑衍生物在加氢基础油中的摩擦学性能研究

摘要: 在实验室合成了一种新型润滑油添加剂苯三唑衍生物(BTDC),使用四球试验机评价了该剂在加氢基础油中的摩擦学性能,利用PDSC法和旋转氧弹法评价了其在加氢基础油中的抗氧化性能。结果表明,BTDC添加剂具有良好的抗磨性能、极压性能以及减摩性能,同时具有良好的抗氧化协同性能,是一类性能优良的加氢基础油添加剂。

Abstract: A novel dithiocarbamate derivative (BTDC) was synthesized in lab and its tribological behaviors as additive in hydrogenated lube base oil were evaluated using a four-ball tester. Results show that BTDC used as lube additive exhibits excellent extreme pressure antiwear performance and friction reducing property. The antioxidation ability of BTDC was determined by PDSC method and rotating bomb oxidation test. Test results illustrate that BTDC shows good synergetic effect with other additives improving the oxidation resistance property of hydrogenated lube base oil significantly.
