环己烯经分子氧催化环氧化制备环氧环己烷

摘要: 研究了以负载于酸性氧化铝上的酞菁镍为催化剂,分子氧为氧化剂,异丁醛为助氧化剂,由环己烯经催化环氧化制备环氧环己烷的工艺过程。制备了金属酞菁催化剂NiPc/Al2O3,并利用红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、XRD等技术对其进行了结构表征。探讨了各种因素对环氧化反应的影响,结果表明,制备环氧环己烷的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度为35 ℃、反应时间为11 h、催化剂用量为2 %、通氧量为20 mL/min、醛烯质量比为2,在此条件下环氧环己烷的收率为36.8 %。

Abstract: The catalytic epoxidation of cyclohexene with molecular oxygen catalyzed by NiPc/Al2O3 catalyst was studied using isobutylaldehyde as oxidant promoter. A metal phthalocyanine catalyst NiPc/Al2O3 was prepared and characterized by FT-IR, UV-Visible and XRD. The effects of various factors on the catalytic epoxidation of cyclohexene were investigated. Results showed that under the optimum reaction conditions of a reaction temperature of 35 ℃, a reaction time of 11 h, a catalyst dosage of 2%, an oxygen flow rate of 20 mL/min and a mass ratio of aldehyde to cyclohexene of 2, the yield of cyclohexene oxide reached 36.8 %.
