焦化蜡油加氢精制催化剂的研制

摘要: 开发了一种能适应劣质焦化蜡油(CGO)的加氢精制催化剂。该催化剂具有孔体积和比表面积大、酸性适宜、活性组分分散性好等特点。在小型加氢精制装置上对该催化剂的评价结果表明,该催化剂的原料适应性强,可以适用于较劣质的焦化蜡油,显示了较好的催化活性,1 500 h稳定性试验结果表明,该催化剂具有好的活性稳定性。

Abstract: A hydrotreating catalyst for coker gas oil (CGO) was prepared and its catalytic performance was evaluated by a hydrotreating device in lab. The active components were well distributed on the catalyst support, and the catalyst possessed large pore volume, high surface area, and appropriate surface acidity. The evaluation results indicated that this catalyst exhibited good adaptability to feeds and could be used to process poor quality CGO. The catalytic activity of the catalyst was good and a 1 500 h running test results showed that the stability of this catalyst was excellent.
