超临界溶剂脱沥青操作参数对辽河稠油减压渣油脱油沥青的影响

INFLUENCE OF SUPERCRITICAL SOLVENT DEASPHALTING OPERATION PARAMETERS ON THE DE-OILED ASPHALT OF LIAOHE HEAVY CRUDE VACUUM RESIDUUM

摘要: 在超临界溶剂脱沥青装置上,以辽河稠油减压渣油为原料,得到脱沥青油的同时,用PGSS法直接对脱油沥青进行造粒实验。在压力为5.0~7.0MPa、温度为150~165℃的范围内考察了操作参数对脱油沥青收率、脱油沥青性质、脱油沥青颗粒分布的影响,结果表明,随着压力增加、温度降低,脱油沥青收率减小,脱油沥青的软化点增大,100~200℃、50~150℃脱油沥青平均恒压比热容均减小。随着体系压力升高和温度降低,有利于制备较小粒径的沥青颗粒,其中粒径小于50目沥青颗粒的质量分数大于66%。因此,操作条件的改变引起沥青性质的变化,从而导致沥青颗粒分布的变化。

Abstract: De-oiled asphalt (DOA) was obtained from a supercritical solvent deasphalting device using vacuum residuum of Liaohe heavy crude as feed and it was manufactured to particles by PGSS process directly. The effects of operation parameters on the yield, properties and particle size distributions of DOA were investigated under a pressure range of 5.0~7.0 MPa and a temperature range of 150~165℃. Results show that with the increase of pressure and decrease of temperature, the DOA yield decreases and the specific heat capacity of constant pressure decreases as well, yet the softening point of DOA increases. It is also shown that with the increase of system pressure and the decrease of temperature, the formation of small size asphalt particles were in favored, the mass fraction of less than 50 mesh particles reaches more than 66%. The DOA properties varied with the variation of system pressure and temperature, thus affecting the particle size distributions of DOA.
