Abstract: An ionic liquid based on molybdophosphate was synthesized and tested for oxidative desulfurization of FCC gasoline. The effect of catalytic oxidation time, dosage of hydrogen peroxide, dosage of catalyst and reaction temperature on the model gasoline desulfurization was studied. Under the optimum process conditions obtained, the FCC gasoline desulfurization performance of the catalyst was investigated. The results show that When catalytic oxidation time of 90 min, reaction temperature of 60 ℃, n (catalyst)/n (S) = 0.04, n (H2O2)/n (S) = 4, simulated gasoline desulfurization rate can reach 91.6%. While for FCC gasoline, desulfurization rate can be 87.8% at the same conditions. The catalyst has a good cycle performance and the average desulfurization rate of four cycles is 84.9%.
