Abstract:

The hydrogenation upgrading industrial test of F-T wax was carried out in Nangyang wax fine chemical plant in order to manufacture high quality lube oil base stock and special wax. The industrial test uses F-T wax manufactured by Zhenhai Refining & Chemnical Company as raw materials. Practice shows that it can manufacture pour point less than -30 ℃, viscosity index more than 140 lube oil base stock and special wax with high melting point by reasonable start up method and operating parameters.
