Abstract: Based on the lube base oil resources of SINOPEC Maoming Company, the paper described the problems of corrosion and filterability in the production of turbine oil in recent years. The compatibility of HVI Ⅱ⁺ 10 (Maoming) with different functional agents and anti-rust inhibitors was analyzed. The results showed that the anti-rust and filtration performance of the turbine oil products prepared with lube base oil HVI Ⅱ⁺ 10 (Maoming) was poor under the same dosage of functional agent A, and this problem could be solved by using AC 716 anti-rust agent. The filtration and anti-rust performance of L-TSA (A grade) turbine oil could be improved by using functional agent B and functional agent C.
