Abstract: China's first fluid catalytic cracking unit was completed and put into operation in the Second Petroleum Plant of Fushun Petrochemical Company in 1965. The completion of the unit marks a major breakthrough in the fluid catalytic cracking technology of China's refining industry and fills the domestic technology gap. The successful operation and upgrading of the unit have provided valuable experience for the design and operation of domestic FCC units and promoted the progress of FCC technology in China.
