Abstract: The technical principle, process flow and practical application of two new sets of dry gas hydrogen recovery facilities using membrane separation technology in a refinery were introduced. According to the calibration results, the recovery rate of hydrogen is above 90%, and 29 008 tons of hydrogen can be recovered every year, with a benefit of 98.83 million Yuan. At the same time, the heat value of fuel gas in the whole plant pipe network is improved, the fluctuation is reduced, the operation of the plant is stabilized, and the competitiveness of the refinery is enhanced.
