Abstract: Alkylated oil has advantages of high octane number，low steam pressure，no olefins and aromatics, and clean combustion. In recent years，more strict gasoline quality standards are issued by government，alkylated oil becomes the necessary harmonic component in the gasoline pool. In this paper，the characteristics as well as raw material impurity and operating conditions of alkylation processes of sulfuric acid, ionic liquid and solid acid were compared. The costs for producing alkylated oil by different technology were calculated. Analysis of advantages and disadvantages in terms of investment, material consumption，energy consumption，safety and environmental protection was conducted. The work can be used for technology selection.
