摘要: 本文主要介绍燕山石化130万吨中压加氢裂化装置,针对 反应产物在高压空冷器工作条件下的凝点、粘度的上升,导致冬季生产时高压空冷器经常冻凝,高压空冷器传热系数下降,夏季无法保证冷后温度小于49℃的设计值。在增设了蒸汽加热盘管、百叶窗,解决冬季冻凝问题后。通过增设中温高低分部分,解决夏季生产时冷后温度偏高的问题,介绍流程的变化、操作参数的变化、投入使用的效果等进行阐述。

Abstract: Additional medium temperature (190˚C) high and low pressure separators were installed at the 1.3 Mt/a medium pressure hydrocracking unit of SINOPEC Beijing Yansan Company to solve the problem of reaction product temperature in excess of design temperature during summertime. The operation results post to revamping showed that the cooled reaction product temperature well met the design target, besides, less fused-ring aromatic hydrocarbons were settled out, which could avoid the contamination of heat exchanger, the load of cold high pressure separator was reduced and the heat lost of liquid product was lowered as well. A saving production cost of 2.3367 million RMB was obtained annually.
