超重力法制备纳米铜润滑油添加剂的工艺研究

摘要: 利用超重力技术,开展了制备纳米铜润滑油添加剂的中型试验研究。结果表明:超重力法制备纳米铜添加剂工艺路线稳定可行,所得纳米铜添加剂产品质量合格,产品粒径小于20nm,具有明显的减摩抗磨作用,可以用作润滑油的纳米抗磨节能添加剂。随着汽车工业的发展和润滑油研究的深入,超重力法生产纳米铜润滑油添加剂技术将具有重大的商业前景。

Abstract: Pilot plant scale of preparing nano-particles copper by high gravity technology was carried out and the prepared product was analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that using high gravity technology to prepare nano-particles copper was feasible, the operation and product quality were stable. The prepared nano-particles copper having a particle size of less than 20 nm, exhibited significant anti-wear and friction reducing function when use as lube oil additive.
