无硫、磷的六元含氮杂环化合物用作润滑油多效添加剂的研究

摘要: 摘要:描述了无硫、磷的六元含氮杂环化合物添加剂的合成路线,通过热重试验、四球试验、抗氧化安定性试验以及铜片腐蚀试验考察了其热稳定性及其对润滑油的抗磨及抗氧抗腐性能的影响。结果表明:加有添加剂的试油可以显著降低四球长磨后的磨斑直径,有效提升油品高温氧化的热失重温度,并具有较好的抗腐蚀性能,可以作为润滑油多效添加剂使用。

Abstract: Hexahydroxy N-containing heterocyclic compound without sulfur and phosphorus was synthesized and its structure was characterized. The thermal stability, anti-wear, anti-oxidation and anticorrosion performance of the synthesized compound used as lube additive were evaluated by TG, four-ball tester, anti-oxidation test and copper strip corrosive test. The results showed that with said synthesized compound, the worn spot diameter was significantly reduced, the thermal decomposition temperature shifted to higher temperature, and good anticorrosion performance was exhibited as well, which indicated that said synthesized compound could be used as a multifunctional additive for lube oil.
