RAX-2000A型对二甲苯吸附剂的工业应用

Commercial application trial of RAX-2000A p-xylene adsorbent

摘要: 国产RAX-2000A型对二甲苯吸附剂在中国石化齐鲁股份有限公司Parex装置上首次工业应用,装置运行半年进行了标定考核,在装置设计负荷的102.9%和111.4%原料流量下,分别取得了PX产品平均纯度99.77%、99.81%,平均理论收率99.05%、98.56%的运行结果,远远超过了技术合同预期值,工业试验取得成功。RAX-2000A开工至今两年有余,运行平稳,表现出良好的原料适应性和较低的床层压降,有望实现长周期运转。

Abstract: Commercial application trial of RAX-2000A adsorbent was carried out at Parex unit of Qilu petrochemical Corp. The calibration results were reported: p-xylene purity 99.77% and 99.81%,recovery 99.05% and 98.56% was achieved at 102.9% and 111.4% unit design charge rate. The unit was operated smoothly more than two years and long term operation is possible. Low bed pressure drop and adaptability of different feed were represent.
