摘要: 介绍了金陵分公司Ⅰ催化裂化装置,在二套常减压蒸馏装置停工检修期间,直接掺炼高酸值混合原油技术。根据混合原油馏分宽、重金属含量高、酸值高的特点,采用加强原料管理、工艺操作管理、催化剂管理以及设备防腐的管理,保证了催化裂化装置掺炼混合原油期间产品质量合格率99.33%、总液体收率84.52%,各项技术指标达到较高水平。

Abstract: During the shutdown of atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit at SINOPEC Jinling Company, crude oil after desalination was sent to FCC unit directly. Technology for processing feed with high blending ratio of crude oil in FCC unit adopting MIP-CGP process was introduced. Since the mixed crude having wide boiling range, high contents of heavy metals and high acid number, managements of feedstock, catalyst, process operation and equipment corrosion were emphasized for ensuring product quality. The operation results showed that the qualified rate of product qualities reached 99.33% and the total liquid yield reached 84.52% in that period.
