加工含硫原油对丙烷脱沥青装置的腐蚀及防护措施

摘要: 介绍丙烷脱沥青装置的硫化物的腐蚀机理和加工含硫渣油后对部分设备的影响,分析了产生腐蚀的原因。提出了装置防腐的改进措施:循环溶剂系统中增加工艺脱硫设备,采用N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)为溶剂吸收中压溶剂中的硫化氢;加强丙烷罐防腐,内壁喷铝或条件允许时更换材质,加热炉降低出口温度及更换材质。结果证明采取的防腐措施有效地缓解了硫对设备的腐蚀,延长了装置运转周期。

Abstract: The corrosion mechanism of sulfides and the equipment corrosion status of propane deasphalting unit since processing vacuum residue with high sulfur content were introduced. Through analyzing the corrosion causes, measures for suppressing corrosion, such as adding an absorption tower using MDEA to remove H2S in the solvent cycle system, covering the inner surface of propane tank with aluminum, reducing the outlet temperature of heater and using anti-corrosion material, were proposed and put into practice. The operation results showed that equipment corrosion was significantly inhibited since adopting theses measures and the running cycle of the unit was prolonged.
