摘要: 摘要:采用欧拉模型(Eulerian Model)对旋流式气固快分系统(VQS)内气固两相流进行了数值模拟,主要考察VQS系统内颗粒浓度场的分布规律。计算结果表明,颗粒在VQS系统内的分离主要分为喷出段、分离段和沉降段三个区域,不同分离区域内颗粒的分离机理有所不同,且颗粒的粒径大小对系统分离有一定影响。从沉降-扩散理论出发,建立了颗粒浓度分布模型,与模拟结果基本吻合,可合理解释VQS系统内的浓度分布现象,为建立VQS系统的分离模型提供参考依据。

Abstract: Using Eulerian model, the gas-solid flow in the vortex quick separation system (VQS) was numerically simulated and the distribution of particle concentration was investigated. The results indicated that the separation room in the system could be divided into three zones, i.e. spurting zone, separation zone and sedimentation zone. It was found that the separation mechanism was varied in the three zones, and the particle size had influence on the system separation. Base on sedimentation-diffusion theory models for the distribution of particle concentration were set up, providing reference for setting up the separation model of VQS system.
