高钙高酸原油脱钙技术及工业试验

摘要: 原油含钙影响后续加工和产品质量,针对苏丹六区高含钙含酸原油特性, 采用化学剂方法,在100万t/a焦化装置原油电脱盐工序将原油中钙铁等金属盐脱 除,取得了比较理想的结果。

Abstract: The removal of calcium from crude oil processed in Khartoum Refinery Company in Sudan was studied using novel decalcium agent JCM2004RPD and demulsifier JC2004RP developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing. The effect of water injection rate, decalcium agent dosage and distribution mood on the calcium removal rate was investigated by laboratory batch tests and continuous experiments. The commercial trial was carried out in Khartoum Refinery and the results showed that the applied two agents were effective to the removal of calcium and iron from viscous crude oil with high calcium content and acid number, and also effective to demulsification. After three-stage desalting with a mass ratio of decalcium agent to calcium of 3.5, the average removal rates of calcium and iron were 93.6% and 67.0%, respectively. The water content in desalted crude oil was less than 0.4%, and the oil content in drain was less than 50 mg/L. The ash content of coke obtained by coking of desalted crude oil was decreased to under the specification, and the corrosion to carbon steel by coker diesel oil and the desalting drain was light.
