摘要: 提出了一种重油催化裂化(RFCC)汽油氨水液-液脱臭新方法。以中国石化济南分公司RFCC汽油为原料,在常温常压下,以26%~28%的氨水为溶剂,在油中加入B32助剂10?g/g(占汽油),在氨水中加入C32催化剂15?g/g(占汽油),氨水用量为0.6%(占汽油质量分数),沉降时间约为5 h的条件下可使催化裂化汽油的博士试验合格,并且对汽油其它指标无不良影响。氨水液-液脱臭法的最大优点为原料油不需要进行预碱洗,且操作费用低廉,氨水可回收重复利用。

Abstract: A new method of removing thiol from RFCC naphtha by liquid-liquid extraction using aqua ammonia was introduced. Results showed that at ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure, using naphtha from RFCC unit of SINOPEC Jinan Company as feed and 26%~28% ammonia as solvent, under the conditions of a solutizer (B32) dosage of 10 µg/g (based on feed), a catalyst dosage of 15 µg/g (based on feed), an ammonia amount of 0.6% (based on feed mass fraction) and a separation time of 5 h, the doctor test of the treated gasoline was qualified, and without negative effect on its other properties. In this method, pre-alkali washing of feed was omitted, and the aqua ammonia could be recovered and reused, which significantly reduced the operation fee.
