摘要: 神华煤制油化工研究院经过3年多研究,历经实验室配方和基础制备工艺研制、中试制备技术研发、工业放大试生产、固定床和搅拌釜浆态床评价研究等,开发出了具有“主-次双活性中心”结构的低温浆态床费托合成工业沉淀铁系催化剂SFT418。采用神华自主研发、自行建设的浆态床费托合成中试装置CEU,按照工业化煤基浆态床费托合成制油工艺对催化剂使用和性能要求开展了试验。通过对工业生产催化剂SFT418进行的长周期运转评价,优化了工业应用的工艺条件,获得了有关物料平衡数据、产品分布和性质等数据。试验结果表明开发的新型催化剂SFT418在工业费托合成工艺条件下,CO总转化率可高达92%以上,C5+产品占烃类产率达到93mol%以上,性能先进,适合于煤炭间接液化浆态床费托合成工艺,具备了工业应用的条件。

Abstract: SFT418 catalyst, a Fe-Co-Cu-K-SiO2 catalyst having dual active centers for low temperature Fischer-Tropsch (F-T) synthesis process, was developed by China Shenhua Coal to Liquid and Chemical Beijing Institute. An application performance test of SFT418 catalyst obtained from a commercial trial was carried out on a self-developed pilot plant of F-T synthesis process (CEU) under the commercial operation conditions of indirect coal liquefaction. The CEU evaluation results show that SFT418 catalyst exhibits excellent catalytic performance for F-T synthesis, under the optimized commercial conditions the CO conversion is more than 92% and the selectivity to C3+ hydrocarbons reaches more than 93%, indicating that the catalyst is ready to be used commercially.
