减压蜡油加氢芳烃饱和反应宏观动力学模型研究

摘要: 针对加氢精制的反应特征,考察加氢处理工艺条件对减压蜡油加氢芳烃饱和反应过程的影响,建立减压蜡油加氢芳烃饱和基本反应动力学方程。为扩大应用范围,详细分析不同原料油性质对加氢芳烃饱和反应活化能的影响,并建立相应的关联式,得到一个较完整的减压蜡油加氢芳烃饱和反应动力学模型。验证结果表明,模型预测值与试验数据吻合较好。

Abstract: Based on the reaction characteristics of hydrotreating process, the effect of process conditions on the hydro-saturation of aromatic hydrocarbon in VGO feed was investigated and a basic kinetic equation of aromatic hydrocarbon hydro-saturation was proposed. In order to extend the application of this equation, the effect of various VGO feeds on the activation energy of hydro-saturation reactions was studied and corresponding empirical correlations were obtained. Finally, a better kinetic model for hydro-saturation of aromatic hydrocarbon in VGO was set up, and the validated result showed that the calculated value agreed well with the test datum.
